How do I cancel my subscription?

While we hate to see you go, we understand there are various reasons why you would no longer need access to homes with assumable mortgages.  


We'd just ask that you provide us with feedback so that we can continue to improve the service.


To Cancel your Subscription: First log into AssumeList. Next, access the drop down menu next to your name click on View Account.




Next, click on tab labeled Subscriptions:



From the Subscription tab, you'll see your current subscription including the date you first subscribed along with your next billing date and amount.


To cancel, simply click the Cancel Subscription button.  


Note: Cancellation immediately prevents any further billing. After your subscription is cancelled however, you will still have access to AssumeList (and all features) until the next payment date. Additionally, if you are within your 7-day refund period you are welcome to submit a help ticket to request a refund.
