How do I cancel my subscription?

While we hate to see you go, we understand there are various reasons why you would no longer need access to homes with assumable mortgages.  


We'd just ask that you provide us with feedback so that we can continue to improve the service.


To Cancel your Subscription: First log into AssumeList and from the main menu click on Account Management.




Next, click on tab labeled My Subscription:



From the My Subscription tab, you'll see your current subscription including the date you first subscribed along with your next billing date and amount.


To cancel, simply click the Cancel button.  


Note: Cancellation immediately prevents any further billing. After your subscription is cancelled however, you will still have access to AssumeList (and all features) until the next payment date.
