• Elevating Your Listing: How to Get More Views on AssumeList

In today’s real estate market, getting attention for your property is very important, especially if it has an assumable loan. AssumeList makes it simple to reach more buyers by giving you tools to make your property stand out. This guide explains how you can turn a normal listing into a Featured Property on AssumeList.

Step 1: Start with Property Search

Go to the Property Search page on AssumeList. Here, you can search for specific homes or browse all listings.

• Use the Assumable Search filter to see only properties with assumable loans.
  
  

When you find your property (that is not already featured), click on its card to open the Property Detail Page.



Step 2: Feature Your Property

On the detail page, you’ll see a special banner that says:
 “Stand out. Get noticed. Sell faster. Click to Feature this Property!”

Clicking this takes you to the Feature Property Detail Page, where you can customize how your listing will appear.

Step 3: Add a Point of Contact (POC)

Buyers want to know who to reach out to. AssumeList lets you add one or more Points of Contact (POCs).

• A simple form will pop up asking for details like name, title, and contact information.
  
  

• This makes it easy for buyers to connect directly with the right person.
  
  
  
  

Step 4: Choose How Long to Feature

You can decide how long your property should stay featured:

• Pay a small fee to feature for 1 month
  
  

• Or choose “feature until live”, which keeps your property highlighted until it is sold, for a one-time cost.
  

Step 5: Checkout and Payment

After choosing your options, you’ll move to the Checkout Page.

• You’ll see a clear summary of your order (POC details, property info, and total price).
  
  

• You can also add a coupon code if you have one.
  
  

• Finally, enter your card details and complete the payment safely.

Step 6: Your Property is Featured

Once payment is done, you’ll see your property is updated right away.

• If you search for your property again, you’ll notice a Featured tag on the listing card.
  
  
  

• On the detail page, the tag and your added POCs will also be visible.
