How do I find Assumable Properties (For Agent & Team/Brokerage Plans)?

Modified on Mon, 1 Jan at 3:35 PM

Whether you're a solo agent looking to expand your services or a team leader/rainmaker building powerful new capabilities for your team or brokerage, AssumeList is your partner:

  • Our Agent Plan is perfect for individual agents, offering all the exclusive features for a successful assumable property search with ability to find off-market homes with assumable loans.

  • Team/Brokerage Plans provides the best value for growing teams and brokerages, with multi-user access and significant cost savings.

Benefits of Agent and Team/Brokerage Plans:

What makes Agent and Team/Brokerage plans unique is the ability to search for off-market properties with assumable loans.

This feature is limited to licensed real estate agents only.  Why?  Because generally speaking licensed agents must comply with a Code of Ethics and strict adherence to fair housing and other legal requirements in order to maintain their licensure (e.g. compliance with Do Not Call Registry).

AssumeList makes it easy to identify assumable homes within a specific community, school, city, or zip code regardless whether a home is actively listed or off-market.

Off-market search capability significantly enhances a real estate agent's ability to serve their clients and meet their client's needs...thereby enhancing the agent's marketability and value proposition.

Finding Assumable Properties on Agent & Team Plans:

1. On the Account Management page, click on "View Dashboard".

2. On the Dashboard page, either select the "Property Search" option on the left-sidebar or click on the "Search Now" button in the Property Search tab.

3. You'll land on the Property Search page. Using the filters here, you can find VA, FHA, and USDA assumable properties in any area of the country that AssumeList serves.

4. To search off-market properties, simply click on the Off-Market Search tab:
