Adding Assumable Properties: Guideline for Agents

Adding Missing Assumable Properties:

The process for adding assumable properties is very simple. Agent accounts have the ability to nominate missing assumable properties with the condition that only homes listed in the MLS are eligible for addition.

Verification and Request Submission:

If a property is available in the MLS but not yet listed in the "Assumable Search" the agent initiates this process by submitting a request to add an assumable property from the dashboard.

The agent would simply complete the provided form where property details are auto-fetched from the MLS when either the property address or MLS ID is provided. The agent will then fill in the remaining information such as Owner details, Loan Type (e.g. VA, FHA, USDA), Loan Balance, Interest Rate, Mortgage Payment, Purchase Date, Refinance Date.

A notification will appear upon successful submission, confirming that the request has been submitted.

Admin Review:

When a request is submitted to add an assumable property, it enters an admin review process. The property will be added to the assumelist database and become searchable only after admin approval. Typically this review is completed within 1 to 2 days.
