Free Property Searches
Free Property Searches allow AssumeList's non-subscribed/free users to perform Live MLS searches that includes property listings with both assumable and non-assumable loans. The live MLS search capability does not specifically identify which homes have assumable mortgages.
Subscribed User Property Searches
AssumeList's subscribed/paid users get access to exclusive active assumable home searches and off-market search filters. Furthermore, subscribers are informed what type of assumable mortgage a property has (i.e. VA, FHA, or USDA).
