AssumeList makes it incredibly easy for licensed real estate agents to find homes that are not actively listed on the market.
If you have an Agent or Team/Brokerage account here's how you can easily access off-market properties:
1) Navigate to "Property Search" page:
2) Select "Off-Market Search":
3) Use the provided filters to search for and identify off-market homes with assumable mortgages. Boom! That's it!
You can now perform an off-market search for a specific address, or view all homes within a city, county, neighborhood, or zip code.
For a more refined search, you have the option to filter the results based on price, beds & baths, and home type. There are also additional search filters available under "More", such as property size, lot size, year built, and days on market.
**Note: Since off-market properties are not listed in the MLS, many of off-market homes do not have photos. However, some recently sold homes do contain photos and additional data from a prior listing. That information will be displayed where available.
