What Areas Can I Find Homes Using AssumeList?

AssumeList is working diligently to expand the cities and regions where assumable loans can be searched.  The most current list of counties in each state can be found on our Areas Served page.

With the regions now known, you can easily find specific homes of interest by typing in your desired location and using filters like price range, bedrooms, and bathrooms to tailor your search to fit your preferences.

Here is a step-by-step process to learn how to filter the right property on AssumeList: 

1) Find your ideal location by searching for it (e.g. zip code, city, county, or subdivision)

2) Once you have selected the right location, you can set filters based on price range, the required number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and even the type of home you're looking for (e.g. single family, townhouse, or condo).  

3) Your search parameters automatically update the map as soon as filters are selected. The homes shown on the map correspond with the list of homes shown on the cards to the right.
